Dimmable Slimline Linear LED Drivers in Stock

ADM stocks three series of Power Source slimline LED drivers that are dimmable. 

Sometimes referred to in the industry as ‘linear LED drivers’, these new slimline LED drivers are ideal for installation inside extrusions and troffers.  

Types of Dimmable Linear LED Drivers Available 

Our stocked range includes models that are DALI dimmable and models with multi-dimming technology.  

The multi-dimming range includes IP66 models with flex and plug, and IP20 models with screw terminals. The IP20 models are ideal for indoor projects that are cost sensitive. 

The multi-dimming LED drivers are both AC phase cut dimmable and 0-10V / 1-10V dimmable.  

When using the AC phase cut dimming function, you will find that these LED drivers are compatible with many of the AC dimmers used in Australia.

The 0-10V dimming option is useful when using third party controllers, and you can also dim these drivers within a range of 10%~100% using the Power Source D1-10 dimmer.

You can combine the two dimming functions. For example, you may want to use the 0/1-10V dimming input to set the maximum brightness of the lights, and then use the AC phase cut dimming function to control the rest of the dimming range as normal.

The product data sheets include wiring diagrams for both options. Please read these carefully. AC dimmers should not be connected to the 0-10V / 1-10V dimming terminals. This has the potential to cause the LED driver to fail. Such failures are not covered by the warranty.  

All models have a PWM output, so will dim evenly regardless of the load on the LED driver.
